Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange the product.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable items, such as food, flowers, newspapers, and magazines, are not permitted. We also do not accept personal or healthcare products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are accepted:

A book with visible signs of wear

A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our fault.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Items for sale

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves for later delivery, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and they’ll acknowledge your return.

Return shipments

To return your product, you must send it to: Dubai.

You will bear the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you wish to return expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that you will receive your returned item.
